30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or otherwise do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part, including receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item for personal reasons, such as:

you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to return the eligible item you currently have in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new product.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and applicable consumer protection laws grant you a statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account after we issue it.

Refund of Original Shipping Charges
Where required by applicable consumer protection law, eligible original standard delivery charges will be refunded when you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
Because gshtbi.shop currently offers free standard shipping, there is generally no standard outbound shipping charge to refund.
If an optional delivery method that costs more than our standard free delivery option is offered and selected, any additional cost may not be refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy outside any statutory withdrawal rights, any optional shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
